Excellent Initial visit. Dr. Macias set my heart more at ease with my new condition. Was informative, relatable and kind in her explanations. She took her time to make sure I understood and answered all my questions. She treated my son with respect who is a nursing student with a focus for oncology. I left the meeting feeling I was covered and well cared for. That she will be there for me even though I know she has many other people in much more difficult situations. That she is going to help me and be there for me as I walk forward with my condition. She has a wonderful personality and manner.

Dr. Macias is compassionate and understanding. She listens to my concerns and immediately addresses them. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2024, the "navigators" at Sharp helped to assemble my care team. I let them know that I wanted a group of kind-hearted and understanding doctors. I "hit the jackpot" and Dr. Macias truly represents the type of care I needed.
