Just for the front desk(s) to smile when a patient walks in it can help a lot for the patients to feel welcomed. I know for a fact that they are busy but for me it's more than that it makes the patient feel good because there is a reason they go there and having to see you smile is an acknowledgment that feel good feeling. Front desk is the face of the office!

Kind caring Physician. Answered questions, ordered injection with Labs to hopefully correct issue. Will be returning to go over results & what is next if needed. ( once again, it feels like a long wait to see him back for results & what's next,)
